If you wish to RESERVE the apartment, you need to make a deposit equal to one day's rent. This will allow you to make sure the apartment is reserved for you for the required dates and you will be able to pay for it to the land lord directly when you check in to the apartment. However, in case you cancel your reservation, it will not be refunded.
